Responsibilities

• Advise clients on the best customs strategies to optimize their supply chain.
• Conduct audits of customs records for compliance and accuracy.
• Develop and implement customs compliance procedures.
• Liaise with shipping lines to arrange timely deliveries.
• Manage and resolve complex customs inquiries.
• Monitor the status of shipments and provide updates to clients.
• Assist in training team members on customs regulations and compliance.
• Utilize customs brokerage software to manage documentation.
• Conduct research on trade agreements and their implications.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Logistics or International Trade preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience handling customs brokerage processes
