Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Motor Operator to oversee motor operations within our manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for maintaining machinery, performing regular inspections, and ensuring optimal performance while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all motor equipment complies with established safety standards.
  • Monitor fuel and energy efficiency metrics for operational insights.
  • Liaise with suppliers for timely maintenance services and parts.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the operations team.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant vocational qualification in motor mechanics
  • Further qualifications will be considered an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years' experience in a motor operation or technical support role

  • Familiarity with preventative maintenance schedules: Ability to execute and manage effective maintenance schedules for motor equipment.
