Job Description

Join our officiating team as a Volleyball Referee. You'll officiate at various levels of games and tournaments, maintaining the integrity of the sport and providing accurate feedback to players and coaches.

Responsibilities

• Be present at scheduled volleyball matches and tournaments, ready to officiate.
• Collaborate with other referees and officials to maintain a smooth running of the game.
• Educate players on rules as necessary and promote good sportsmanship.
• Remain calm and collected in high-pressure situations.

Requirements

Education

• Certification from a recognized Volleyball Referee organization

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Volleyball Referee

Technical Skills

• Excellent knowledge of volleyball rules and regulations
• Physical fitness and stamina

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good decision-making skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience officiating at high-level volleyball matches: Familiarity with the demands of competitive volleyball.
• An interest in and knowledge of other sports: Broad understanding of various sports can enhance officiating skills.
