Job Description

As a Corporate Finance Manager, you will lead financial assessments and strategic planning initiatives that drive profitability. Your expertise in financial regulations and risk management will be vital as you work collaboratively with various departments to align financial objectives with overall business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage financial and operational risk assessments.
  • Create and implement policies for financial controls and governance.
  • Assist in equity and debt fundraising activities.
  • Support business units in achieving strategic financial objectives.
  • Present financial reports and insights to stakeholders and board members.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Master's degree in Finance or MBA is preferred
Experience
