Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our vibrant team in London. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness and dedicated to helping clients reach their personal goals, whether it’s weight loss, muscle gain, or overall health improvement. You will conduct assessments, create bespoke training plans, and provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring they remain motivated and engaged.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and modify client programmes based on progress and feedback.
  • Assist clients in setting realistic fitness goals and objectives.
  • Promote gym services and encourage referrals to increase clientele.
  • Collaborate with other fitness professionals for holistic client care.
  • Develop and implement fitness workshops and events for client engagement.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for business development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field preferred
  • Certifications in specialized fitness areas (e.g., Pilates, yoga) are advantageous
Experience
  • 2-4 years of personal training experience preferred
