Job Description

As an Account Manager at Dynamic Solutions Ltd., you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key clients and ensuring their needs are met effectively. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management and a passion for driving client success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead account strategy sessions to enhance client engagement and retention.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for all client inquiries.
  • Implement account management best practices to improve operational efficiency.
  • Assist with the development and execution of marketing strategies for client accounts.
  • Work with finance to ensure timely invoicing and payment processes.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of client requirements and suggest tailored solutions.
  • Provide training and applications support to clients as needed.
  • Establish monthly reporting mechanisms to track account health and performance.
  • Engage with external stakeholders to promote company offerings.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Management
  • MBA is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in account management with proven success.
