Job Description

The Hat Forming Machine Feeder is responsible for operating and maintaining hat forming machinery to produce high-quality finished hats. This role requires attention to detail and a proactive approach to troubleshooting any technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials and components required for the hat forming process.
• Load materials onto the machines in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor machine operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Conduct regular quality checks on formed hats.
• Identify and report any machine malfunctions or quality issues.
• Assist with machine maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a well-organised workplace.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
• Participate in training and skill development sessions.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education

• No specific educational qualifications required, but a high school diploma is preferred.

Experience

• Experience in quality control procedures is advantageous.

Technical Skills
