Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our dedicated team in Liverpool. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, improving customer satisfaction, and implementing effective processes and strategies to enhance the customer experience. Responsibilities

  • Direct daily operations of the customer service department.
  • Create customer service improvement plans based on feedback.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and appraisals.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers.
  • Develop training materials and workshops for staff development.

Education
