We are seeking a Retail Merchandiser to join our dynamic team in London. You will be responsible for implementing merchandising strategies that drive sales and improve the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute impactful display layouts that attract customers.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback to improve merchandising effectiveness.
• Ensure that all products are displayed according to brand guidelines.
• Support seasonal merchandising initiatives and events.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of merchandising trends.
• Prepare reports on merchandising performance and strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or related field
• Relevant certifications are a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in a merchandising role within retail
