Job Description

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our operations, focusing on inventory control, quality assurance, and efficient logistics management. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our warehouse runs smoothly and effectively, maintaining stock accuracy, and helping with order fulfilment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the warehouse is compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely order fulfilment.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on warehouse equipment.
• Assist with the implementation of new inventory management systems.
• Support the Warehouse Manager in daily operational tasks.

Requirements

Education

• NVQ Level 2 in Warehousing and Storage

Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations

Technical Skills

• Logistics Management Software
• Warehouse Equipment Maintenance

Soft Skills

• Problem Solving
• Effective Communication

Certifications

• Health and Safety at Work Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with health and safety regulations: Knowledge of best practices for workplace safety in warehousing.
