Job Description

We are seeking an E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales strategy in Portsmouth. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving growth through digital channels and a passion for enhancing user experience. You will be responsible for managing product listings, monitoring key performance indicators, and collaborating with marketing teams to boost traffic and conversion rates.

Responsibilities

  • Create strategies to elevate brand presence in the digital space.
  • Utilise SEO and SEM strategies to increase website traffic.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to launch new products effectively.
  • Analyse customer behaviour and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Present sales forecasts and strategies to executive leadership.
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimise user experience and increase sales.
  • Conduct training sessions for the team on new technologies and tools.
  • Implement budgetary controls for online marketing expenditures.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Master's degree in Business is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital retail strategies
