The Rehabilitation Center Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the effective management of our rehabilitation services. Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

  • Manage patient intake processes and maintain accurate records.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
  • Respond to patient and family concerns regarding care and service quality.
  • Participate in community outreach to promote rehabilitation services.
  • Collaborate with local agencies to coordinate resources and support for patients.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or a related field
  • A Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management
