Join our team as a Foundry Mold and Coremaker, where your expertise in dry sand molding will be crucial in producing high-quality metal castings. You will work alongside skilled professionals to ensure efficient manufacturing processes, focusing on exact specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate sand molding machines for mold production.
• Evaluate raw materials and mixtures used for mold making.
• Conduct quality checks on finished molds to ensure specifications are met.
• Document production details and any issues that arise.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the foundry.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve mold designs.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical qualifications in metal casting or manufacturing preferred

Experience

• Proven experience in foundry operations or mold making is preferred.
