Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Multiple Spindle Drill Press Setup Operator to join our team. The operator will be responsible for setting up and operating drill presses to perform various drilling, tapping, boring, and reaming operations on metal components. This role is crucial in ensuring production efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Adjust machine settings to enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular quality checks on manufactured components.
• Report any machine malfunctions to the maintenance team promptly.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma in a related field is preferred

Experience

• Previous experience in a high-volume production environment is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with CNC machining
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles

Certifications
