Sports Rehabilitation Advisor

Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable Sports Rehabilitation Advisor based in Wrexham to support individuals recovering from injuries and enhancing their physical capabilities. You will work closely with clients to develop bespoke rehabilitation programmes tailored to their specific needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs through comprehensive assessments.
• Design and tailor rehabilitation exercises and programs.
• Track and report on client progress, adjusting programmes as needed.
• Educate clients on the importance of physical fitness and rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists and nutritionists to enhance recovery.
• Keep up to date with the latest rehabilitation techniques and practices.
• Facilitate workshops focused on recovery strategies and injury prevention.
• Support clients emotionally and physically during their recovery process.
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, or related field
• Postgraduate qualification preferred

Experience

• 2+ years experience in a rehabilitation setting
