With your excellent communication skills, you will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients while ensuring timely payments.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage client accounts for overdue payments.
• Communicate effectively with clients to negotiate payment plans.
• Keep detailed records of all interactions and outcomes.
• Resolve any disputes that arise regarding payments swiftly.
• Work closely with the finance team to streamline processes.
• Provide management with detailed reports on payment statuses.
• Ensure all efforts comply with industry regulations.
• Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction.

Requirements

Education

• At least a high school diploma
• Certifications in finance or related fields are preferred

Experience

• Experience handling customer queries and disputes is essential

Technical Skills

• Understanding of accounting principles and credit control procedures
• Experience with accounting software

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Knowledge of debt collection procedures: Understanding the legal aspects of debt collection can be beneficial.
