Job Description

As a Claims Processor at Insurance Solutions Ltd., you will be instrumental in handling various claims from start to finish. The role requires attention to detail and excellent communication skills to provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough investigations into claims to ascertain facts.
  • Prepare detailed reports for management on claims trends.
  • Negotiate settlements when necessary.

  • Monitor the performance of claims processes and suggest enhancements.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant qualifications in Insurance or Finance
  • Additional certifications in Claims Management preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years in the insurance sector with claims experience
