Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager who will proactively engage with our clients, ensuring they maximize the value from our products and services. You'll lead onboarding sessions, provide training, and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships. The role requires a blend of customer service skills and strategic thinking to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer onboarding and implementation processes for new clients.
  • Identify risks to customer satisfaction and develop action plans to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create customer success stories and case studies.
  • Champion the customer's needs within the company.
  • Ensure clients are aware of and utilize all relevant features of our products.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and technical issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success management or related roles
