Job Description

The Signals Intelligence/Electronic Warfare Chief is responsible for managing all facets of signals intelligence and electronic warfare operations within our innovative team. The ideal candidate should be adept at developing strategies to tackle emerging threats while possessing a wealth of operational experience in signals intelligence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operational components of signals intelligence and electronic warfare activities.
  • Provide technical guidance on signals intelligence-related matters.
  • Monitor and assess potential electronic warfare threats.
  • Enhance communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
  • Lead the development of training programs for the team.
  • Present findings and strategic insights to senior leadership.
  • Ensure a thorough understanding of intelligence collection methodologies.
  • Maintain meticulous records and documentation of operations.
  • Manage budgetary responsibilities for the team and operations.
  • Build partnerships with international intelligence agencies to enhance capabilities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's in a relevant field such as Information Technology or Engineering.
  • Postgraduate qualification is preferred.
Experience
  • 8+ years of leadership experience in intelligence or military operations.
