Job Description

Join our team as a Safety and Environmental Coordinator. You will take charge of our safety initiatives, conduct inspections, and provide training to employees, ensuring our practices meet health, safety, and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Audit and revise safety protocols ensuring they align with the latest regulations.
• Facilitate safety drills and ensure readiness for emergency situations.
• Maintain accurate records of safety training sessions and incident reports.
• Assist in the development of health and safety policies.
• Engage with stakeholders to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
• Review and update risk assessments regularly.
• Support sustainability initiatives across departments.
• Foster a proactive approach to health and safety in the workplace.
• Ensure the effective communication of safety measures across the organization.
• Compile reports detailing compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field
• Additional certifications in safety and environmental management systems preferred

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
