Job Description

We are seeking an IT Compliance Specialist to ensure our IT systems comply with industry regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technology and compliance, ensuring our practices uphold the highest standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee IT compliance monitoring and reporting to identify and rectify compliance gaps.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to promote a culture of compliance.
  • Assist in the development of IT risk assessment frameworks and methodologies.
  • Stay abreast of industry standards and regulations applicable to IT operations.
  • Facilitate training and awareness programs for staff on IT compliance matters.
  • Review and enhance compliance documentation to reflect current practices and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in internal and external compliance audits and assist in resolving any findings.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Professional certifications in compliance or security are advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a compliance role within an IT environment
