We are seeking a skilled Cigar Roller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting high-quality cigars with precision and expertise. This role requires excellent manual dexterity and an understanding of the cigar manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Roll premium cigars with precision to uphold our brand's reputation.
• Select, prepare, and blend tobacco for optimal flavour and aroma.
• Monitor the production process to maintain quality standards.
• Ensure all rolling techniques align with the company’s quality expectations.
• Engage with the quality assurance team to resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain equipment and tools to ensure smooth operations.
• Document production activities accurately for compliance.
• Participate in workshops to improve rolling techniques and efficiency.
• Assist in the training of new team members.
• Drive initiatives that promote a culture of quality-first production.

Requirements

Education

• Experience in a premium cigar manufacturing environment is a plus.

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in cigar rolling or similar roles is preferred.
