Job Description

As a Security Management Specialist, you will be responsible for safeguarding the physical assets of our organisation. The role includes conducting thorough security assessments, developing robust security plans, and collaborating with various departments to ensure optimal security protocols are in place.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for security incidents, ensuring effective communication and resolution.
  • Foster a culture of security within the organisation through training and awareness programmes.
  • Evaluate security technology trends and propose upgrades that enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Compile detailed reports on security incidents and trends for management review.

Education
  • Master's degree in Security Management or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in physical security management, including team leadership.
