Responsibilities

• Handle medication returns and disposals in line with regulations.
• Assist in training new pharmacy staff and interns.
• Contribute to the development of patient care initiatives.
• Participate in quality improvement and safety projects.
• Manage claims and reimbursements for prescriptions.

Requirements

Education

• Level 3 NVQ in Pharmacy Services or equivalent
• Relevant Diploma is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a pharmacy environment

Technical Skills

• Medication Therapy Management
• Pharmaceutical Software

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Teamwork

Advantageous

• Prior experience in a hospital pharmacy setting: Experience in a hospital pharmacy will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of NHS regulations: Understanding NHS regulations is favourable.
