We are seeking a Systems Integration Specialist to join our dedicated IT support team in Blackpool. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in systems integration, supporting various IT infrastructures and ensuring seamless operation of technology systems within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with other IT specialists to ensure seamless system functionality.
• Document integration processes and maintain a knowledge repository.
• Drive innovation in system integration methodologies.
• Conduct user trainings and workshops for staff on system updates.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and security policies during integrations.
• Support the development of integration-related policy recommendations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT systems integration

Certifications
