In this role, you’ll lead a group of talented developers, drive web project initiatives, and ensure high-quality coding practices. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in both front-end and back-end technologies along with a passion for mentoring others.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant IT discipline
• Master's degree in Web Development is a plus

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in web development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
