We are on the lookout for a skilled Cyber Threat Analyst to strengthen our cybersecurity team in Manchester. The ideal candidate will carry a strong understanding of cyber threats, coupled with the analytical prowess to proactively mitigate risks. Your role will involve monitoring systems, analyzing threat data, and providing actionable insights to enhance our overall security posture.

Responsibilities

• Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Coordinate with compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulations.
• Investigate security breaches and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of disaster recovery and incident response plans.
• Foster relationships with industry peers to enhance security practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the cybersecurity space
