Replanter Machine Operator

Job Description

Greenfields Agri Corp is seeking an experienced Replanter Machine Operator to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining replanting machinery while ensuring efficient planting of trees and plants.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the replanting process, making adjustments as required to meet quality standards.
• Engage with colleagues to ensure timeliness and quality of replanting efforts.
• Document daily activities and submit reports on machinery use and replanting progress.
• Participate in safety audits and contribute to a team safety culture.
• Assist with the maintenance of surrounding areas to keep worksite organised.
• Provide input on machinery upgrades or new equipment needs.
• Act as a mentor to junior team members, sharing expertise and best practices.
• Work in various weather conditions, ensuring all health protocols are followed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training or certification in machinery operation is a plus

Experience

• Previous exposure in operating similar machinery is advantageous.
