Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Food Cooking Machine Operator to join our team at Coconut Boiler. You will be responsible for boiling coconut meat to produce coconut oil and milk, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control the temperature and timing of cooking processes.
• Effectively communicate with the production team regarding any operational issues.
• Implement waste reduction strategies in the production process.
• Participate in regular product evaluations and feedback sessions.
• Assist with inventory management and stock-taking.
• Maintain cleanliness in the work area and ensure compliance with hygiene standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in coconut processing is a plus but not essential.
