Responsibilities

• Ensure all purchased items are bagged correctly and handled with care.
• Assist customers in loading their groceries into their vehicles.
• Maintain a tidy checkout area.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to all shoppers.
• Stay informed about store promotions and assist customers in locating items.
• Communicate effectively with fellow team members to ensure operations run smoothly.
• Be proactive in anticipating customer needs.
• Manage time effectively to ensure efficient service during busy hours.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications are mandated.
• Experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred.

Experience

• Experience handling cash and using cash registers is a plus.
