Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Fan Mail Editor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and editing fan mail received by our organisation, ensuring that every response is clear, engaging, and heartfelt.

Responsibilities

  • Handle the organisation's communications with fans, responding promptly and thoughtfully.
  • Work alongside marketing teams to ensure alignment of fan correspondence with campaigns.
  • Engage directly with fans through events and social media platforms.
  • Create a positive narrative around fan engagement through effective storytelling.
  • Assist in resolving any issues or concerns expressed by fans in their correspondence.
  • Contribute to the creation of FAQs and resource materials for fans.

Requirements

Education
  • A degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in a related field is an advantage.
Experience
  • Experience in customer engagement roles is a plus.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in email management software
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
