Job Description

We are seeking a motivated IT Support Technician to join our Glasgow team. The successful candidate will provide top-notch technical support and ensure efficient functionality of IT systems. You'll work closely with users to troubleshoot issues, maintain equipment, and enhance overall user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT support queries.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on hardware and software.
  • Support the implementation of IT projects and upgrades.
  • Provide feedback on recurring issues to improve support processes.
  • Assist in developing user guides and documentation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
  • ITIL Certification is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT technical support

  • Help Desk Software (e.g. Ticketing Systems)
