As a Foster Care Social Worker, you will provide crucial support and guidance to children and families within the foster care system, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with biological parents to facilitate reunification when appropriate.
• Attend court hearings and provide testimony when required.
• Facilitate training and support sessions for foster families.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Develop and implement individual care plans for children in foster care.
• Act as a liaison between various stakeholders, including social services and educational institutions.
