Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Cloud Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and experience in resolving customer issues efficiently. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the overall cloud experience.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all cloud support requests.
  • Advise customers on best practices for cloud service usage.
  • Ensure timely updates and communication with customers regarding their issues.
  • Analyze customer issues and provide detailed feedback to the product team.
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and technical documentation.
  • Facilitate training sessions for internal staff on cloud products.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in cloud computing.
  • Participate in projects aimed at improving cloud service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or relevant field
Experience
  • 3+ years in a similar support role focused on cloud technology
