We seek a skilled Textile Knitting and Weaving Machine Operator to manage denier control operations, monitor machinery settings, and ensure optimal production output while adhering to safety regulations.
Responsibilities
Set up and test weaving machines before production runs.
Monitor denier control processes to ensure consistent material quality.
Identify and rectify deviations in machine performance promptly.
Train and guide junior operators on safety protocols and operational procedures.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to uphold product standards.
Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Additional vocational training in textile machinery operation is advantageous
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in textile manufacturing is required.
