Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Software Development Manager who will be responsible for leading our software division. This role requires strong communication and managerial skills, as you will liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of cutting-edge software solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and enforce software development policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure software projects meet business needs.
  • Track project progress and report on key performance indicators to senior management.
  • Design and implement training programs for the development team.
  • Identify risks and troubleshoot issues that arise during project execution.
  • Lead regular team meetings to discuss project updates and address challenges.
  • Assist in recruitment efforts to grow a talented engineering team.
  • Promote professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors.
  • Ensure software compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Master's degree in Software Engineering preferred

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a managerial role within software development
