Job Description

As a Dulser, you'll be pivotal in managing and overseeing the dulsing process, ensuring the operation of dulser machines is efficient. Your keen eye for quality will help maintain the high standards we pride ourselves on. You will also lead a team, developing their skills while implementing best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the dulsing process ensuring equipment is operated efficiently.
  • Conduct quality checks, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Train team members on best practices in dulsing.
  • Implement process improvements to increase production quality.
  • Ensure that workplace safety standards are continuously met.
  • Oversee supply management, keeping adequate resources on hand.
  • Keep track of production metrics and report findings.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-departmental teams.
  • Adapt to new technologies and methods within the dulsing sphere.
  • Engage in continuous learning to improve personal and team performance.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant certifications in food safety or manufacturing preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or in food processing
Technical Skills
