Job Description

We are in search of a highly skilled and creative Colorist Dyer. The successful candidate will be responsible for dyeing fabrics according to specific requirements, maintaining colour standards, and ensuring the consistency and quality of dyes across various materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new dyeing techniques to enhance fabric quality.
• Assist in training junior staff on dyeing processes and equipment.
• Review and assess the flow of dyeing materials to ensure efficiency.
• Coordinate with suppliers for dye materials and equipment.
• Monitor and report on dyeing production performance regularly.
• Adapt dyeing processes based on client feedback and trends.
• Maintain safety and environmental protocols within the dyeing process.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Formal training or certification in textile dyeing or a related field is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in textile dyeing or a similar role
