We're on the lookout for a knowledgeable Compliance Consultant to join our Worcester office. In this role, you will provide expert guidance on compliance regulations, working closely with various teams to ensure our operations meet all necessary legal and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will help shape our compliance strategy, enhance operational efficiency, and foster a culture of accountability.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of compliance programs and initiatives.
• Coordinate with external auditors, regulators, and compliance bodies.
• Facilitate risk assessments and audits, ensuring timely follow-up on findings.
• Maintain current knowledge of compliance best practices and regulatory trends.
• Support the management team in strategic planning around compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in a relevant field is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive experience in compliance consulting

Technical Skills

• Compliance Frameworks
• Policy Development

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP): Certification demonstrating expertise in compliance and ethics.
• Familiarity with financial regulations: Knowledge of the UK financial regulations and their compliance requirements.
