Job Description

As a Consumer Insights Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our market research strategies. You will be responsible for analysing consumer behaviour and trends to inform our business decisions, working closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee research methodologies for a range of projects.
  • Develop and manage a consumer insights budget.
  • Collaborate with external research agencies when necessary.
  • Communicate findings effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovations.
  • Use statistical software to analyse survey data.
  • Foster relationships with key clients for insights collection.
  • Lead workshops to disseminate research findings across the organisation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or related field
  • Master's degree in Marketing or Business is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years in qualitative and quantitative market research roles
