Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Riding Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in horse riding and a deep understanding of equestrian techniques. As a Riding Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching riders of all levels, providing training sessions, and ensuring the safety and well-being of both riders and horses.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver effective riding lessons to individuals and groups, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
  • Assess riders' abilities and provide appropriate guidance and feedback to help them progress.
  • Create lesson plans tailored to the riders' goals, skill levels, and age groups.
  • Teach correct riding techniques, including mounting, dismounting, posture, rein control, and horse communication.
  • Develop riders' confidence, balance, and coordination to enhance their overall riding experience.
  • Organize and supervise horse riding activities, such as trail rides or competitions.
  • Maintain a clean and safe riding arena, stables, and equipment.
  • Ensure the welfare of the horses, including feeding, grooming, and basic healthcare.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing clients' inquiries, concerns, and needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest equestrian trends, teaching methodologies, and horse care practices.

  • Relevant equestrian qualifications
Experience
  • Experience in training horses and preparing them for competitions is advantageous.
