Job Description

We are seeking an Education Outreach Manager to lead our community engagement initiatives. The successful candidate will drive educational programmes that connect schools with local resources and enhance student learning. This role is vital in fostering strong partnerships and delivering impactful educational outreach.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of community engagement strategies.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to discuss program goals and outcomes.
• Assess community needs and adapt programs accordingly to ensure maximum impact.
• Support the development of educational materials and resources for outreach efforts.
• Collaborate with local businesses to enhance program offerings.
• Utilise social media and other platforms to promote outreach activities.
• Collect feedback from community members and adjust programs based on input.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Master's degree in Education or Community Development is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in community outreach or educational program management
