Job Description

As a Corporate Training Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs designed to enhance employee skills and support business objectives. Your role will involve assessing training needs, designing engaging learning materials, and delivering effective training sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and identify employee training requirements.
  • Create and implement innovative training programmes.
  • Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions.
  • Collect feedback from participants and enhance training delivery.
  • Monitor and report on training outcomes and ROI.
  • Advise on training budget and resource allocation.
  • Build relationships with external training partners to expand offerings.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning within the organisation.

Advantageous

  • Experience in coaching or mentoring: Background in providing one-on-one or group coaching to employees.
