Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative sports programs and activities.
• Instruct students in various sports disciplines, catering to different skill levels.
• Evaluate and monitor individual student performance in physical education.
• Create and maintain a safe and encouraging environment conducive to learning.
• Coordinate with other educators to integrate physical education into broader academic objectives.
• Report on student progress to ensure effective communication with parents and school leadership.
• Utilise digital platforms to enhance sports tracking and student engagement.
• Establish outreach with local sports clubs and organisations to enrich student experience.
• Champion physical fitness initiatives within and beyond school.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding and child protection protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is preferred.

Experience

• At least 2 years of teaching experience in sports or physical education.
