Job Description
We're seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant to join our Manchester team! In this role, you'll support teachers and help create an engaging learning environment. You will work closely with students, helping them on their educational journey.
Responsibilities
Support teachers in day-to-day classroom activities.
Help students with special educational needs.
Create and prepare learning materials.
Monitor and assess student work.
Assist in developing individual education plans (IEPs).
Engage students in interactive learning.
Help maintain a safe and clean classroom.
Liaise with educational professionals when necessary.
Encourage positive behaviour and relationships.
Participate in staff meetings and training.
Requirements
Education
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is preferred
Degree in Teaching, Early Years Education or similar is a plus
Experience
Demonstrable experience in an educational setting

Advantageous
Experience in Early Years Education: Familiarity with the early years foundation stage and curriculum.
