Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Elastic Tape Inserter to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inserting elastic tapes into garments during the production process. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a solid understanding of garment construction.

Responsibilities

• Execute the accurate insertion of elastic tapes into different garment types.
• Utilize and troubleshoot tape insertion equipment effectively.
• Inspect finished garments for tape integrity and placement.
• Adapt machine settings for diverse production needs.
• Ensure workspace cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Communicate any operational concerns to the production supervisor.
• Engage in team efforts to achieve production goals.

Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Certification in textile manufacturing preferred

Experience

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Languages
