Job Description

The Inventory Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining an accurate inventory system for the organization. This role involves coordinating with various teams to ensure stock availability and implementing best practices in inventory control.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers.
  • Monitor the expiry dates of inventory and ensure adherence to regulations.
  • Prepare documentation related to inventory management processes.
  • Assist in managing warranty and returns processes.
  • Engage in ongoing training related to inventory management technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding inventory handling.
  • Participate in cross-departmental meetings to present inventory reports.

Requirements

Education
  • A degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Database Management Systems
