Job Description

We are looking for skilled Power Plant Operators who can manage and control the operations of our power generation facilities. The ideal candidates should have a solid understanding of power plant systems and a passion for renewable energy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Maintain plant inventory and manage stock of supplies.
• Implement troubleshooting measures for equipment malfunctions.
• Prepare reports and documentation for management review.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with industry trends.
• Assist in planning and implementing plant upgrades and modifications.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Environmental Science or related field is beneficial
• Relevant vocational training is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years experience in power plant operations

Certifications

• NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety
