Training and Development Specialist

Job Description

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Training Developer to join our dynamic Learning and Development team. In this role, you'll be tasked with designing and delivering engaging training programs that enhance our employees' skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality training materials, including e-learning modules and instructor-led presentations.
• Create interactive activities and assessments to enhance learner retention.
• Incorporate multimedia elements into training materials in collaboration with the design team.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in learning and development.
• Provide ongoing support to trainers during delivery of training sessions.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for staff as required.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Video Editing Software

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Attention to Detail

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of project management methodologies: Understanding of methodologies such as Agile or Scrum to facilitate project execution.
• Experience in conducting workshops: Ability to lead workshops and training sessions effectively.
