Job Description

We are on the lookout for an IT Support Specialist to join our Leeds office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues while ensuring optimal performance of IT systems. This role is vital to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle user access requests and account management.
• Perform regular backups and manage data integrity.
• Assist in hardware upgrades and repairs.
• Support the integration of new technologies into existing infrastructure.
• Monitor security protocols and report breaches.
• Collaborate with external vendors for support and maintenance.
• Provide feedback on user support strategies.
• Assist in the creation of user guides and documentation.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance user skills.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Additional certifications in networking or systems administration are advantageous

Experience

• At least 2 years in an IT support capacity
